2013 LITTERS

Sacramento, CA. (20 minutes east of Sacramento, off Hwy 80) In Loomis,

Offical Breeders of Merit Recognized by The American Kennel Club.CA.

German Shothaired Pointers.....versatile dogs:

*companions *  hunters * running partners * agility/obedience * show prospects.

ALL OUR DOGS ARE "PUREBRED" GSPs,  REGISTERED BY THE AMERICAN KENNEL CLUB AND DNA TESTED SINCE 1984 BEFORE IT WAS REQUIRED! THEY ARE SOLID, STRONG, HAPPY, HEALTHY 'REAL" GSPs.

WE BREED DOGS THAT ARE SOUND IN MIND AND BODY, HAVE SUBSTANCE AND ARE HANDSOME, LIKE THE DOGS YOU REMEMBER YOUR GRANDPA HUNTED WITH!  OUR "5" GENERATIONS OF DOGS HAVE BEEN HEALTH TESTED FOR HIPS, THYROID, CARDIAC, CD, CERF, AND LD. WE BREED ONLY MATURE DOGS! ALL OUR DOGS ARE EXCELLENT REPRESENTATIVES OF GSPs. THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, WE ALSO HAVE BITCHES BEING BRED TO OUR STUD DOG(S). WE WILL FIND THE RIGHT DOG FOR YOU!

WE BREED FOR "HIGH BRED VIGOR i.e. HEALTH THAT IS SO IMPORTANT TO PHENOTYPE BREEDING. THIS MEANS MATCHING OUTCROSSES OR LOOSE LINE BREEDING BUT STILL MAINTAINING OUR "STYLE OF DOGS". That is not to say we don't line breed, we do! It depends on what we're looking to enrich our lines and to present the very best to our puppy buyers.

The Last 2013 Litter is here. First time sire, Winter Creek's Big Money, JH. "Ben" did a great job with 2nd time mom CH. Winter Creek's Elosie. Six UBER pups arrived right on schedule. Ben has points toward both his field championship and in the show ring. His breeding is impecable; the best of the best in both areas. He's a joy to hunt and live with. Ben was named for Bengy Molina the former Giant's catcher, replaced by Buster Posey. Bengy was such a great hitter and always came through at the bat, well, our Ben did too. These pups are really something else. There are only 4 remaining out of the six, two girls and boys. pictures at 1 day and 1 Week.

The August 30th suprise litter,......said it ain't so Joe, REALLY, 12???? Are you SERIOUS? Only 2 left, one bitch and one dog. The "Mystery Man" Litter, parentage has finally been determined by DNA @ AKC! No wonder they were so birdy at 7 weeks!

Winter Creek's Sweet Rose & Winter Creek's Manhattan On The Rocks

Rocky is shown above winning the 2010 GSPCA National Field Trial Futurity. He won over 72 other young dogs from all over the US. He needs 1 point to finish his Field Championship. For all his high power in the field,  Rocky is the easiest of house dogs.

Only two left, girl and boy.
